Terms of Service

Last updated July 23, 2026. isall.me is operated by What We Do Collective (“we,” “us”). Plain language, no surprises — by creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You’re responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live). One person or organization per account; don’t impersonate others.

Acceptable use

Don’t use isall.me for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful — no malware, phishing, spam, harassment, infringing content, or content that sexualizes minors. We can suspend or remove pages that break these rules or put the service or its users at risk.

Your content, and how we may showcase it

You own your content — your links, text, images, and profile. You keep all of it.

By publishing a public page, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and reproduce that content so we can operate the service. You also allow us to feature your public profile — including your avatar/profile picture, display name, and page — to promote and showcase isall.me, for example as an example page or a creator avatar on our homepage and marketing. We’ll only ever use content you’ve made public, and only to show off what the community builds. If you’d rather we not feature you, just email hello@isall.me and we’ll remove you from our marketing promptly. This license ends for new uses when you delete your content or account (copies already printed or cached may persist for a reasonable time).

Plans, payments & fees

The free plan is free. Pro is $24 per year, billed annually and cancelable anytime. On the free plan we take a 9% platform fee on tips and product sales; on Pro that fee is 0% (standard payment-processing fees from Stripe still apply to any sale). Payments are processed by Stripe; by transacting you also agree to Stripe’s terms.

If a Pro payment fails or you cancel, you keep Pro for a 14-day grace period, after which your page moves to the free plan — it stays live and you keep your content. Annual Pro fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law, though we’re reasonable people — reach out if something went wrong.

Tips & sales

When you sell products or collect tips, you are the merchant of record for those sales via your own connected Stripe account. You’re responsible for delivering what you sell, for any taxes, and for handling your own customer support and refunds. We just provide the buttons.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or the law. If we discontinue the service, we’ll give reasonable notice so you can export your links.

Disclaimers & liability

isall.me is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it running but can’t promise it’ll be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. If we make material changes we’ll note it here and update the date above; continuing to use isall.me means you accept the new terms.
